Cosmos, propagated as the Internet of Blockchains, is a Decentralised network of independent, scalable, and interoperable blockchains, each powered by Tendermint BFT, a leader in proof-of-stake protocols known for high performance and security. The Cosmos Hub, the primary blockchain in this ecosystem, acts as the central ledger connecting different blockchains (termed “zones”) while maintaining each zone's sovereignty and scalability.
